Q: What are my payment options?

A: We currently accept all major credit card and also Paypal

 

Q: Where or how do I get my download?

A: After your purchase, you will receive an email with the download links.  If you have an account, you can log in and find all your orders and download there.

 

Q: What software are the templates compatible with?

A: The photo templates are compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS4 or higher.  It may work with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 or higher but some of the layers may or may not be supported.

 

Q: Do the templates work with MAC or PC?

A: Yes, they work with both MAC and PC.

 

Q: Are the fonts included in the templates?

A:  By law we cannot provide the fonts as part of the product sale.  Many of the fonts we use are free.  We strongly suggest you check the licensing terms for each font you use. 

 

Q: How we open a compressed (zipped) folder?

A: To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a MAC, double click it.  To decompress (unzip) on a PC, right click the zipped file and select Extract all and then follow the instruction.
