Apparel & Gifts Shipping Policy 

Detailed Visions accepts online orders 24/7 at www.detailedvisions.com   

Please remember that all products on the website are custom-made, cut and sewn just for you.  
Your purchase is made to order, and all orders are immediately sent to our design team to get ready for production.  The manufacturing process of your orders takes 5 - 8 business days depending on the product.  Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. 

After processing and leaving the warehouse, your item(s) usually take between 7-10 Business Days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. 

A tracking number will be issued after your order has been SHIPPED.  If you do not get a tracking number after 10 business days, please contact us at suppport@detailedvisions.com 

Because we use different fulfillment centers and based on your location, your purchase WILL or WILL NOT be shipped together.  You will get different tracking number for each shipment. 

We currently ship only to the US. 

Detailed Visions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
